糖心蛋
不久之前第一次聽,今日第一次食。
表面上和其它烚蛋一樣,做法也相類似,只是火候不同。
打開了還以為失敗了,但原來內裡有不同:
蛋黃是流動的,味道就像荷包蛋的蛋黃。烚蛋最不好吃的就是蛋黃,這樣處理連蛋黃也變得好吃呢!
做法我不說了,反正網上多的是,我還沒有試過,總之就是要弄到半熟,蛋白熟了而蛋黃流動最好。上面這個也略為熟了,不過還很好吃,畢竟還是第一次呢!
